I was immediately helped whenever I would call. In fact, I was impressed by how helpful they were. After Vic Sr. retired (apparently before 2011) I've had a couple auto claims. (both fault and not at fault) I have no complaints. I reported it, answered the questions and everything was taken care of from there. Of course, some of the kudos go to the Allstate insurance company itself.
