So I told her I have been able to get the smell out of several garments and sheets, that I could probably remove it with vinegar but I needed to know if they could make it any better since this was 100% goose down comforter, and I obviously can't handle that at home. And she SHRUGGED. So I said "Ok, I can go somewhere else." And she said "OK." And she was so unbothered, which makes sense given they probably have plenty of business but it felt like such a bizarre and unwarranted lack of service. When I went to pick them up, several of them had been smeared with what looked like grease. They said they would take care of it. No problem. I came back later to get the shirts and they were still not clean, but appeared to be stained. After calmly and professionally requesting for them to "make it right" the owner physically confronted me, belligerently denied responsibility, told me that "I have got to be sh*tting him" for expecting anything from him, and told me to get out. This might be a decent dry cleaner if nothing ever goes wrong, but if something does - look out. These guys are not registered with the BBB or any of the dry cleaners associations.

I was telling her that the last time he wore the suit was to a friend's wedding and there was still glitter on the suit from some decorations. The woman who was helping us said "what a nice memory" and gave me a hug. When we went to pick up the suit the following day there was no charge. She paid for it herself.
