Clean, professionally run business. Great gal works here that is just a rare, ray of sunshine-shiney assistance. See the owner here on the weekends often. He is just as fair and helpful as she is. Thoroughly cleans the place and provides a tidy, and more importantly, SAFE environment to be in. I would, and have, recommend(ed) The Laundroplex as THE place to do laundry in the Northland! Now, go forth and have fresh, clean clothes! [Yes, only four stars, just because no one is perfect; but they come awfully close!] read more

Clean, lots of units, and even has e-pay for the washers. First time using a laundry mat in a long time and definitely will be using for blankets and other items when needed! read more

I gotta say this is a well maintained and clean laundry mat. I even past my local laundry mat because it dingy un kept and the operators watch you like your going to break their machines. The operator here is friendly and willing to help all. It keeps me coming back. read more

VERY VERY Clean!!! Attendance are super friendly and helpful. They have "Happy Hours" daily that saves you a few dollars ( always a good thing!) I'm so happy their location is so convenient and easy to find!! Keep up the good work Tony!! read more

Updating to mention my review applies to overnight. During the day it is so much better as many have said. My issue is still the needles. Dont let your kids run around where the wood chips are. read more

This place is very clean and staff is very helpful and friendly. I have my problem on my washing machine and they are very professional and generous for the coins. Love this place!! Highly recommended!! read more

Pretty kept up and clean laundry mat. The staff is friendly and nice and I always see them helping people out when they need something. They have deals for the washers during certain hours during the day also. You can use change or PayRange app to pay for the washers and dryers. I would prefer going here than other laundry's near me. read more

So far, it's been the best facility I've been to here in NKC. Lots of plants to provide clean fresh air, lots of tables to sit at throughout the place. Quiet and clean, although the bathroom was locked which was the only downside when I was there from 9am-1015am on a Wednesday. I love that I don't need quarters because half of their machines are electronic as well. You just have to download the PayRange app to use it from your phone. It's nice that they've got trash bags all around to make sure you've got somewhere other than their floor to throw you trash. read more

Great reviews, wonderful customer service and friendly staff who are always attentive to the customers. Clean machines that are cleaned daily. Drop and go service is fast and reliable. read more

Great place to wash my large comforters. Apple Pay available for machines, clean location and kind staff. The only issue was that none of the vending machines were operational when we were there, so double check your supplies before going. :) read more

This is one of the best laundromats I've seen. The equipment works well. The prices are reasonable; especially the larger machines! Timing when to go can be the challenge. Since it's clean and well maintained it can be very busy. And their staff does the drop off service so it's busy even when their are few cars in the lot. This place makes doing laundry very tolerable! read more

We came here because of the positive reviews. Wow, very different than other laundromats. Clean. Lady working there was so friendly and helpful and on customer service mode. We dropped off the comforter around 11 am and she said to come back at 3 pm the same day. We came back and both times as we walked in she was cleaning the business and super friendly and helpful. My wife asked her about a delicate older quilt her grandma had made and she really seemed to care and talked in detail on how she would clean it to minimize risks. I guess we're bringing that in later this week. read more

Perfect! Clean, 24/7, and cute cactuses all over. Industrial sized commercial grade washers. Happy hour 2-5pm double washers. machines seem to work pretty well although a few of them are finicky about which quarters they'll accept. as long as you bring plenty of cash, you're good because they have cash-to-quarter machines. read more

Clean, friendly vibes always. Makes doing laundry a more pleasant experience. Would recommend

The attendant is always very helpful and the place is very clean. I have them do my laundry when it gets backed up. Affordable and they do a great job! read more

Place was clean, tables to hang out at, an attendant to keep machines in rotation. Good place to wash at

Was staying at the Hyatt in KC and they don't have free laundry so they recommended this laundromat because of all the great reviews. Was not disappointed. The lady who works here was really helpful and nice. Also they have happy hour where machines are like half price. The vending machines have everything you could ever need and they have WiFi for people doing laundry to pass the time. Highly recommend this laundromat!! read more

Very clean. Have the ability to use an app instead of coins. Many, many machines along w several 5 load machines.

Yes this is a good place to wash clothes, I love that there is actual people attending this place. And they are good people. Only thing I don't like is that they have people that work there folding clothes and they take up the tables and space is tight. So I makes it a bit crowded. read more

What a relief! I haven't been to a laundromat in quite some time, but I was between machines at home. This place really made me think twice about even getting a new machine! I was drawn initially by the free WiFi (which works very well). Additionally, it is very clean with large and highly functional machines. The coin dispensers for soap, drinks, and the like are kept in good working order. They have a reduced rate for the washers in the mid-afternoon. It is staffed during the day, and the attendant is very pleasant and helpful. This one is going to set industry standards! read more

OK, really, nobody likes to do laundry. Except maybe Bert from Sesame Street. But at least this place makes it relatively painless. I usually end up here late at night, when it's pretty quiet. The place offers free WiFi (a MAJOR plus), plenty of space to wait around, and being across from a QuikTrip helps as well. It's well kept, clean, and the equipment is usually in good working order. Machines are reasonably priced and there's plenty of them. (They apparently have a punch-card system as well, however, it's more geared for the daytime customers, when the place is staffed.) Is it the best gosh darn laundromat in the world? Eh, probably not. But it does make a pretty painful chore a little less of one. read more

After a bit I saw a comment box with out of order signs and tape provided so I left a note and sign. The following day I received a call with an offer to be refunded. Good service. Just next time please don't assume it was my bras that broke and caused the malfunction. They weren't and that isn't fun to discuss with a stranger! read more

Went in on a Saturday morning around 8. It wasn't busy at all. Plenty of machines to use. The cost is the same as any other laundromat I've been to. Dryer ran hot so it only took 35 minutes (5 quarters) to get everything done. read more

Was super leery of taking my down comforter to a laundromat but this place is great. The attendant is super helpful!! Very clean place and I could watch the football game while I'm waiting free wifi to play on my phone. Lol. If you need to go to the laundromat - this is the place to go. :-) read more

I have just moved to the area. Been searching for a decent laundromat that did not rip you off by spending many quarters to get things dry. This is the place for me. Clean!!! Excellent staff on duty who seem to like their jobs. Well maintained washers and dryers. I hope you open a chain in Kansas with the same service. The customers who take 3-4 carts instead of taking just one cart so other customers can have one was my only grip but this is not the fault of the staff. I will keep returning here and it is not close to my apartment but it is worth the drive. read more

Helpful lady who works there showed us the ropes and what machines to use. Will be back when I am irresponsible with my laundry, but next time during their "happy hour". read more

A clean place to do laundry. The only thing missing is they still use quarters and machines don't take debit cards!

I'm so impressed with this place! Having a new baby = not having enough hands and washing clothes is a hands-on experience, so... I needed to wash my king size comforter and called Laundroplex before making the trip to get an idea of what that would entail. I spoke with Nikki and she was so kind and helpful! She told me they have 50lb ($5.25) and 60lb ($6.25) washers that would accommodate my comforter. To dry in the large dryers is 5 minutes for each $.25, so I easily estimated that my trip could cost roughly $10. I thought about how difficult it would be to carry a heavy, wet comforter to the dryer and Nikki offered to help me no problem! Then I asked her if they offered a service that will wash and dry for you, and she said yes, for $16 they will do the whole thing for you! I was sold!!! We discussed treating the comforter first and using oxy-clean and bleach, too. She used Sam's club detergent and Bounce liquid softener in the wash. She also mentioned using bounce sheets in the dryer. I dropped off the comforter just before noon and picked it up by 3:30pm! When I put it on my bed, it was sparkly clean and white and smelled so fresh and wonderful! I slept great!!! I really appreciate Nikki and this service, as it made my life so much easier. It's great how one little thing (like a fresh, clean comforter) can make life so much better! Thanks Laundroplex for offering this service! I will DEFINITELY be back! read more

It's a laundromat...so nothing exotic to report. But it is VERY clean. And the staff is great. The previous reviews about the helpful staff are true. The neighborhood isn't scary, so if you need to clean your clothes, blankets, etc. this is a place to come. Plus free wifi. read more

From reading reviews about this one, because it was said to be "the best" in the area, my boyfriend and I decided to come check it out. Decent laundromat. Very busy place. I was just glad the dryers worked and actually dried my clothes unlike the other places I've gone to. read more

This is probably my fav dry cleaners. They can remove any stains no question asked! I had like 3 white sheets that had a pool of "red wine" spilt on it and Laundroplex handed me back three brand new white sheets! Make sure to take quarters and tip the staff so they keep their mouths shut :) Great Service! read more

Hands down the best laundromat! Stacy, one of the staff is wonderful, helpful & always cleaning something! It's so clean, light & airy & plants everywhere. I'm so grateful I found this gem! read more

This laundromat is wonderful! The staff is very helpful and the seating areas are nice. It is very very clean and accommodating! One of the best parts is the free WiFi to use while you wait and the happy hour that is everyday from 2-5pm! read more

This is the cleanest Laundromat I have ever been to. Every time I've been in there it has been clean and well kept. The attendants are very nice and helpful. The lady that works on the weekends even helped me carry my clothes out to my car when I was done, that was a first. The WiFi is REALLY nice too, it makes the time go by a lot faster. I would definitely recommend this laundromat, I am really glad that I found this place! read more

Recently Id been looking for a new laundry mat, I asked some friends they said the Laundroplex off 68th st was by far the best they've been to up north. let me just say I wont be going to another laundry mat any time soon. I usually grab a tan from Baja and a quick snack from QT right across the way which if your doing your laundry you can always ask for a $3 Baja tanning card, now that's awesome. the attendants are more than happy to help you whether its opening the door, helping you with your things or answering my silly questions, such as "where dose the soap go in this machine"? i have not used the loan office yet, but its right there if i need it. i would defiantly recommend stopping by employees are helpful and very nice they keep it very clean so you can get in and out with out a hassle. read more
