Dropped my stuff off Monday and it was ready Thursday. They will text you when your order is ready for pickup which is very convenient for me. Overall, very stress-free and easy experience. Yeah? Kinda why they're going to the cheapest laundromat? Moves on to her neighbors house getting broken into. Then back to how "people wait in their cars when they should be watching their laundry!" Recommend going at night, less employee interaction. The lady literally disrupts any peace while doing laundry. I'm pretty sure they were meant to be jabs at me because I wait in my car with a timer going because the different smells in the laundromat make my head hurt. She also is conveniently off her phone looking out at me and then making it look like she's checking doors. Girl, if you see this, I got better things to do than be your concern right now. I simply want to get my laundry done in peace and then get to work. Other than this lady, the laundromat has decent sized washers and dryers. It's cleaner than others.

Upon entrance, I discovered that byou…read morehave to pull the doors out to get in; most laundromats have doors that swing both ways to make getting in the place, carrying your dirty duds, easy. The whole place was dirty and humid. Several machines smelled and had leftover debris in them including a drowned roach! If I wasn't so desperately needing to do laundry I would have left. Instead, I soldiered on. Two of the three machines I utilized seemed to work alright but I wanted to personally contact and complain to a real person over the third. When the load finished I could still see suds in the door (almost 20 minutes later I am taking a picture because they're still visible). Upon removing my soaked clothes, I had to wring them out by hand before attempting to dry them. I probably should have rewashed them in another machine, sans soap, but I am also low on money so it'll have to do for now. I can't wait to leave! That is, if I can manage to get out of the dinosaur, pot-hole-ridden, warzone that never gets repaired because of a stupid vendetta against the local library by whoever owns the drive!

The older lady working there seemed very overwhelmed and was unable to open the locked restroom for a little girl because she was counting the tons of quarters she emptied from the machines ($8.50 in quarters to run a regular cycle). They do have an app or you can use a credit card to start a machine, but do you really want to walk away from your clothes to do that? No. Amongst normal people, there were a few shady looking folks in there. There is a 'help" line to open the bathroom, but they did not answer. There was an exterminator on site spraying around the machines during regular business hours and the smell was pretty strong. You'd be better off washing your clothes in the sink, they'd probably get cleaner and smell better.
