Our skylights were leaking and we needed to get it fixed and Liberty Exteriors, LLC came out the same day and fixed our roof and kept us from getting any more damage in the house. Had they not came out the same day, we would have had a lot of water damage done to our home from the rains that happened the next few days. We were both so relieved! This was the start of what we have experienced since having this company roof our house. Ed, We have been extremely patient with you and your lack of customer service. We have had to pay over $2,000 for a wildlife exterminator to come out to remove the bat infestation that was due to the horrible roofing job done by your company. We have ceiling damage due to the roof leaking. We also were under the impression since you said that the gutters we would be getting we would not need to clean the gutters. That was a false statement we got the same screens that we had before you installed the gutters. For all I know you used the same screens and charged us for them. When you told Kevin that you would be here week after week that was just like giving him the finger. And now you said that you would be here before the snow flies. Thats a crock. If you are not here by Wednesday October 20, 2021 I will be contacting the BBB and small claims court. We have had enough of your lies and horrible customer service and lack of quality. We just want to be done with you. Please respond to this message by tomorrow 10:00 am 10/19/2021 so I dont need to send this in a facebook message that others can view. Well these problems were finally fixed and now we have water damage in our downstairs bathroom. From what we understand it is due to the placement of the gutters on that side of the house. We have a custom vanity, linen closet and just had new flooring in this bathroom. The sheetrock and insulation are damp and we can see mold. Again, I have contacted you and someone came out and took photos and we havent heard from you since. This problem like the other problems wont go away it will continue to get worse. Adding to the Liberty roofing experience. We have had a few companies give us quotes on new gutters because the grates on top of the gutters that Liberty installed just collect water on top of the grates and then cause more ice to collect because they don't allow water to flow. We also will need to have the edges of our roof (where the gutters are attached) fixed or replaced because the shingles are curling up and allowing water to get under the shingles. We have been told that the gutters were installed wrong (which is what we tried to explain to Ed) which is causing our problems. This is costing us an additional $10,000 to correct what Liberty Roofing installed. Ed Wilkinson told us that he has been in business since 1985. It's hard for me to believe him when there have been so many issues with the roofing he has done to our house. This is not the work of someone that cares about their work or that has the experience to state that they are an expert. So, I hope that others will read our story before hiring this company unless you want to have issues for years. The next issue we will need to address is a new roof. We are seniors and we feel that we were scammed by Liberty (Ed Wilkinson) I cant even explain how upset we are. read more

Extremely unprofessional staff, highly disappointed. I would not support this business.

I requested a repair for a hole in my roof. Eric(a project manager) looked at it and gave me a quote stating he would need to get matching shingles and would get back to me the following week. I called him the following week and he said he got the shingles and would be there by the following Tuesday. On Wednesday I called him and he informed me they were out of town working on storm damage for that week and he was on vacation the following week and my repair would have to wait until he got back. I called after that and he said he was going to have trouble scheduling me and I might as well go find another company. I called and talked to the owner Ed. He gave me some excuses and said that he would be out that afternoon to patch the hole and get the repair priority scheduled. That night he called and said that his current project was running and long and asked if he could come the following morning between 8 and 9. Well it is late afternoon and he is not here and hasn't called. This company strung me along for over a month. If my small project isn't important then when I need to replace my roof I will not be calling them. I would not recommend them. read more
