She truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed before my surgery even began. She thoughtfully offered me a heated blanket, adjusted my pillows, and continuously checked to make sure I was comfortable. More importantly, she brought such a calming and uplifting presence. She made both my aunt and me laugh, and before I knew it, my nerves had completely disappeared. Her sweet compliments, genuine kindness, and willingness to answer every question I had made such a difference during a stressful time. Grace's compassion, professionalism, and ability to make her patients feel truly cared for are remarkable. I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care she provided and for helping turn what could have been an anxious experience into one filled with comfort and reassurance. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we walked in. The waiting room was dark and uninviting. Although the facility appeared clean, the atmosphere felt cold and uncomfortable. What bothered me most was the complete lack of compassion and professionalism from the staff we encountered. The gentleman who checked my wife in was incredibly rude and dismissive. The woman who took her temperature was equally unpleasant, speaking in a monotone voice and showing absolutely no empathy or concern. We just left and went to a Neighbourhood hospital where we got treated 1 million times better. When someone brings a sick loved one to the emergency room, they're already worried and stressed. The very least they should expect is kindness, compassion, and basic customer service. A little empathy goes a long way, especially in healthcare. Unfortunately, that was completely missing from our experience. Overall, a very disappointing experience with terrible customer service. We will not be returning to this emergency room.

I have been treated by them for 10 months and find their employees very concerned about the patients. I had a very bad outlook about dialysis prior to being treated by the staff at Parkway. I was petrified and had a very cynical attitude about it, but the employees of Parkway worked so hard to make me realize the positives about this lifestyle. They work so diligently to have dialysis not be intrusive into your life, and to make you feel at home in the facility. I truly love my nurses and would miss them terribly if they were not in my life. Dr. Kennedy and June are exceptional, also. They have such positive attitudes about everything.

Im seated in the lobby and the receptionist is asking me questions while she's waiting on other clients, and I have never been TOLD when my next apt will be. I have always been ASKED 'what dates are good for you, or 'is this date good for you?' Not being included in that, just told 'your next apt is on ...' Just thought that was strange. Maybe, if allowed, I'll change my next apt to the Mansfield office, but absolutely no complaints with Dr. Mohan, he communicated my treatment plan very well, good 'bedside manner.'

No call back. I called once again about the referral left message. No call back. Called again different number this time. Got a hold of someone who said they had the referral but no info on what referral was about. Made appointment for almost three weeks in the future. Woman said if any problems she would give me a call. Day before appointment someone call says I have a appointment but they don't know what it's for. I explained the situation to her about the referral. She said I need to get lab work done that day for my appointment. I said no it's already been done. She gave me a number of their referral person to call to figure out the problem with the referral . I said no I'm the patient you call it's your job. Day of appointment 9:30 am. Walk up to the window lady says they are not receiving patients yet (it's 9:20) have a seat. Four people sitting already waiting. The person sitting next to me gives a look of frustration so I ask what time is his appointment and with which doctor. His appointment 9:00 same doctor I find out the other patients are also for same doctor. I ask the receptionist what's going on? She informed me the Doctor was running behind. She also informed me that he is pretty quick so the wait won't be that long. We informed her of all the issues I've had making this appointment and it isn't a good thing that a doctor is quick. At that point I left the office shaking my head. As I left I said good luck to the patient I talked to earlier. Other patient walked up to the window got his paperwork canceled his appointment a walked out right behind me. Overall to me this office is unprofessional and they really don't care about the patient . This whole experience from making the appointment to appointment day was horrendous. Stay away. There are other places you can go.

This is a dialysis center for outpatients. There isn't always effective communication amongst the…read morestaff. That usually is with the clinical aides. The Nurse's are usually on their game and they take good care of the patients. The front entrance and waiting room are usually very stuffy and too warm. Family members can go back with the patient as long as you wear a yellow gown. Gotta keep things on the clean side. Once you enter the room you will see 16 chairs filled with warm bodies that are hooked to venous (blue) and arterial (red) lines that are attached to this bulky machine that screams a lot when it's upset. It's kind of a creepy feeling. Your weight depends on how much you need to be dialysized. The usual treatment time is 3 1/2 hours. You must bring your own comfort items such as a blanket, pillow, snacks, drinks etc. The chair does recline and there is a small T.V. attached to it. Just like at a dentists' office.
