There are so…read moremany more options for a car wash now than there used to be and almost all of the new options are less expensive and faster than in & out. BUT, they are still the gold standard in my opinion. When you pull up you have to choose which option you want and I went with the middle path (I think it's called "classic"?). They put my keyless entry car keys in a little bag, tossed the bag on my dash, and taped my back wiper. I then pulled around until I was told to get out of my car. They take out all the carpets to clean and send the car through the washer machine while I walked through the antique store (!) to the cash register to pay. They take credit card for the fee but you do need cash for the tip ($5-10 suggested). When you see how hard these people work on scrubbing and rubbing all the surfaces of your car clean- believe me you will WANT to tip them $10!! They do a great job!

I usually go with the Classic Wash for $30 and it gets the job done every time. One of the best parts is how quick it is. You drive into a parking spot and have access to two vacuums to do general cleaning and also get in the hard to reach places, loads of really useful microfiber towels, glass cleaner sprays, air gun to blow out stuff in air vents and such, machines that wash & dry floor mats (pretty good too!). The staff was kind, helpful and friendly (I had an issue getting my car onto the rails and they were patient, nice). I'll be back! Oh and the tire shine that never does a thing in most drive thru car washes actually made my tires shine. My little old car needed that pick me up.

They aren't severe, and I believe they'll likely buff out, but they were definitely left by the wash and weren't something that could simply be wiped away with a microfiber cloth. I returned to let the staff know, not expecting anything unreasonable, but hoping they would at least acknowledge the issue and look into whether the equipment might need maintenance. Unfortunately, the response was dismissive, and no solution or concern was offered. I have grace for businesses and understand that employees may not always know how to handle situations like this. However, if you operate a car wash, it's your responsibility to maintain equipment that comes into contact with customers' vehicles. Even scratches that can be buffed out shouldn't happen during a routine wash, and the lack of concern was the most disappointing part of the experience :(

I used the barcode scanner for the free wash and the gate opened. The tunnel is short but effective. The wash tunnel exits into the large vacuum area. Each spot offers two vacuums, one on each side of the vehicle. My wife and I made short work of vacuuming! An employee, Troy, approached my wife as she was struggling to vacuum the rubber mats. He advised us to use the free carpet and mat shampooer available. I'd never seen such a machine and assumed something like that would be extra. He helped me carry the mats to the machine and thoroughly explained how to operate. Mats went in filthy, came out clean and dry at the end. Definitely magic.
