I received a notice that my card was expiring so I thought I needed to make an appointment. Forgetting that I already had an appointment for October16. I made an appointment on September 5 for Sept 25. I received reminders and the pre in take form from them which I dutifully filled out a week in advance. Still forgetting about Oct 16. I'm human... I arrived at my scheduled time when I was confronted by Santos(owner) wife. She came out to the waiting room with a piece of paper stating I was not suppose to be there until Oct 16. She didn't even say my name. She was shaking as she spoke that I made a big mistake and I should come back in October. Why they could not contact me via phone I can't answer. They waited for me to arrive. I made the appt Sept 5. They had 20 days to straighten things out before I drove to the office. This woman was visually upset with me because I was confused about card expiration and my doctor visits. I'm an elder! I just was very confused at why they could not call me before I got there. Santos, behind the desk, was no better. Apparently the nervous woman is his wife. Whatever, the treatment from the front here is far from COMPASSIONATE! The doctors were always great but these owners are condescending. I made a mistake but I sure should not of been treated in this manner. Bottom line, I'll be transferring to a more compassionate clinic. By the way, they are the most expensive clinic out there. Shop around. There are many nicer clinics out there.

For years, I believed this was the best office in the area for patient care, quality, and fair pricing. I've referred at least seven people (including four family members) because I truly wanted to see this practice succeed. Unfortunately, since Dr. George Kamajian sold the practice, the experience has gone into a rapid decline. The Issues: Zero Communication: The office moved locations, changed their hours, and overhauled their entire pricing structure without ever notifying existing long-term patients. We found out through trial and error rather than professional courtesy. Constant Price Hikes: Pricing for services and prescription renewals seems to change every few months. I am now being asked to pay more than double the original cost for a 4-month MMJ renewal. Poor Accessibility: The medical side is now only open half the week for half the day, while the "Spa" side seems to get all the priority. It is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone. I have spent two weeks trying to set an appointment just to pay them. Profit Over Patients: It feels like the new management cares more about "draining wallets" than patient health. They now charge fees just to ask a simple question or to get help with administrative tasks like updating an email on the MMUR site--something I've been trying to get help with for three weeks. The Only Positive: The staff on the Spa side of the business remain kind and helpful. It is ironic that it's easier and friendlier to talk to the spa staff than the actual medical practice that started it all. It is heartbreaking to see a staple of the community lose the kindness and support that made us so loyal to begin with. I can no longer recommend this office to anyone looking for genuine medical care.

Amazing, never a wait . They stick to the schedule. Pricing on point . Pleasant staff.read more
