LADIES BEWARE!! I thought I had finally found a place to go for an oil change where I trusted the team to treat me right. On my ninth visit a young man working there brought in both my air filter and my cabin air filter and asked me if I wanted them changed. I told him I had just changed them not long ago and asked him what he thought. He said, "Well, they're dirty!" They didn't look that dirty to me, but I told him to change them assuming he knew more about it than I did being a woman who knew nothing about vehicles except how to pump gas. While he was changing them, I googled how often I should change both filters and it said 12,000 to 15,000 if you drive on dirt roads a lot or once a year if you don't. I don't and the car is rarely driven as I have a company car I drive to and from work. It was an extra $57 plus tax I paid for something I didn't need. My husband was furious that they took advantage of a woman. When I told the young man running the cash register that I shouldn't have done it because I looked it up and I didn't need them and if I remember right they were pretty pricey. He had no response except that my oil change today was $123.69. I handed him my Preferred Customer Card" and he gave it two punches instead of one and said I'll get $34.95 off my next visit. There won't be a next visit from my daughter, myself, or my husband and anyone else that asks me about there service. read more
