I had a very good experience with Kustom. The radio on my 2002 Honda Odessey was no longer pulling…read morein very many stations. My hunch was that the antenna had become disconnected. At first I wanted to have the system checked out. I later decided to have the radio replaced because the volume knob was unreliable. The staff is very knowledgeable. They suggested that I not replace the radio because Honda had it tied into so many things - heating/cooling, navigation, CD deck, etc. All of these would have become disabled had I replaced the system. The problem had indeed been a severed antenna wire. That was fixed, along with replacing two defective speakers. The cost was about $125, which I found to be reasonable given the amount of time and the replaced parts. My only complaint is that the was some miscommunication about the timing of my appointment. I thought we had agreed that I would be called when the parts arrived from UPS. That didn't happen, so when I called later in the afternoon, we had to reschedule for the following morning. This was the only mishap in an otherwise good experience. If you go, be sure to check out the collection of old radio gear in the display case!
