They took the tire back to their shop, did the repair and called to let me know they were on their way to put the tire back on for me. The whole process took less than an hour. We got the tires changed thanks to a kind passerby, and we drove into town to try to find a replacement tire to get us back to our home base in Colorado. I changed the flat tire in 10 degree weather with my spare only to realize that the spare tire was also flat. Luckily Best One was at a very convenient location not too far from the airport as I used google maps to find the nearest reputable tire service shop and I took my vehicle there. From the get-go they took the time to change both spare and regular tire and they took the initiative to drive to the warehouse to pick up a Firestone tire that was for my vehicle. Erin & Kary made my experience just remarkable. Erin took the time necessary to be courteous, efficient and thorough in helping me find the best deal for tires. I called Bultman Tire Center the lady answered the phone and said that they close at 5:30 and yes they had 2 of the right sized tires in stock. I told her we were 15 min out and she said "I will let the tire shop know that you are on your way". We pulled in at 5:40 and they had us back on the road at 6:00.
