They took the tire back to their shop, did the repair and called to let me know they were on their way to put the tire back on for me. The whole process took less than an hour. We got the tires changed thanks to a kind passerby, and we drove into town to try to find a replacement tire to get us back to our home base in Colorado. I changed the flat tire in 10 degree weather with my spare only to realize that the spare tire was also flat. Luckily Best One was at a very convenient location not too far from the airport as I used google maps to find the nearest reputable tire service shop and I took my vehicle there. From the get-go they took the time to change both spare and regular tire and they took the initiative to drive to the warehouse to pick up a Firestone tire that was for my vehicle. Erin & Kary made my experience just remarkable. Erin took the time necessary to be courteous, efficient and thorough in helping me find the best deal for tires. While I waited for my vehicle to get serviced, Erin & Kary made me feel at home with their exemplary communication, customer service skills and sense of humor. When I arrived, my car was parked down the street, with the windows down, doors unlocked and keys in the cup holder. Glad there wasn't a car thief in the area because it felt like I was being set up for that. Price was ok for what I had done.
