I am leaving this review after exhausting all reasonable attempts to resolve matters privately…read more My experience with Accolade Property Company was marked by consistent deflection of responsibility, a lack of good-faith engagement, and a pattern of minimizing serious tenant concerns rather than addressing them. At no point was I disruptive, unreasonable, or unwilling to cooperate. I documented everything carefully and communicated clearly. Despite this, Accolade repeatedly reframed legitimate issues as personal problems rather than property-management responsibilities. When financial and disability-related hardship became unavoidable, their response was not accommodation, problem-solving, or even neutral professionalism--but distance, delay, and dismissal. What concerns me most is not a single disagreement, but a pattern: Legitimate complaints are reframed as tenant "issues" Accountability is avoided through technicalities Empathy and discretion are notably absent Tenants are left carrying consequences that management helped create or worsen I am aware that some negative reviewers are possibly portrayed as unreliable or "mentally unwell." I want to be very clear: this review is based on documented interactions, timelines, and outcomes--not emotion. Anyone reading reviews should pay attention to how often serious concerns are dismissed rather than answered. If you are a tenant dealing with financial strain, disability, or any situation requiring fair-minded property management, I strongly recommend proceeding with caution and keeping meticulous records.

The first thing I noticed was that the yard was covered in dog shit. I wanted to clean this up but no trash bins were left, despite it being explicitly in the lease that the landlord pays garbage. After about a month of back and forth the landlord sent their own trash service, which did not include recycling. If we wanted that we could take it to the dump ourselves, on days the dump was open and I was not working (this wound up so inconvenient I just threw out recyclables). I asked centerpoint to fix our fence as it had nearly blown down in a wind storm. They sent someone over after a few weeks and he shot a few screws into the fence such that it is standing but barely. After all this I wrote a bad review and Joe called me describing himself as the owner begged me to take it down, promising to fix the issues. He gave me a gift certificate to the steakhouse by the highway. I decided to try to let things go. But we continued to have unaddressed maintenance issues including floorboards in the deck rotting and a sharp tree branch dangling precariously above our walking path. The staff at center point just become more condescending and rude as time went on. This finally culminated in getting a water shutoff notice in the middle of the summer drought. It turns out the homeowner hadn't paid the water bill as stipulated in the lease, so the city of Ellensburg shut the water off on me and my two cats in the middle of a drought. That's when I knew I would not be renewing. For months I have let centerpoint know that in writing, that I planned to be out on January 1st, but nonetheless they have tried to charge me January rent. I have to strongly encourage anyone considering renting with Center Point to not get entangled with this group of scammers.

The person giving me the tour was late, but communicated that to me - and since he squeezed me in last minute, I had no complaints. When touring the property, he asked my budget and what I was looking for in a living situation. I explained, and he asked if he could show me one more property that would fit my "wants" in a house. I said yes, and he showed me another property that fit what I was looking for. So far, I've only had good experiences with Century 21 Property Management.

My boyfriend and I have been in our townhome a few months so far. We have loved living here so far!…read moreThe unit we have is very well insulated. We had to call maintenance for a few minor things when we moved in and they were very quick to respond and even left us a nice note about our dogs! Then reason for the 4 stars is for our move in process. It was rough, but it may have been due to our circumstances. We were interested in another unit that got rented before we could get it, but when another tenant put in their notice we were able to put down a deposit, and all we had to do was wait for them to move out. We were told anytime between mid January to mid February. I messaged every week for a status, with the response that they didnt know, but by February 15. As we reached the end of the month I started making plans for the 15th, since I hadn't heard anything and I was moving from the tri cities. When we finally heard we could move in, it was two weeks earlier than the 15th and 4 days away! I had to scramble and try to get a new uhaul and people to help me move a week early. Even though I couldn't move until February 7th, it was ready the last two days of January, so we had to pay a prorated rate for January (another $200) which was frustrating. Additionally, my move costs ended up being more expensive due to the week I needed the uhaul. Also, My boyfriend had already paid another month of rent at his old apartment as we thought we were not moving in until mid February. We got the money back from his old apartment, but it was a hassle. I also wish they would have taken more time when painting as there were paint splatters all over the counters, floor and trim in the kitchen and bathroom. They cleaned up easily with a magic eraser though. Overall, I am very happy with the townhome and once we moved in, Graf has been very responsive and open with communication. I just wish the communication before we moved in was better and the move in process went smoother, but it may have been a perfect storm. I think if you were renting a unit that was available right away, you would be fine.

We've lived in a newer unit for the last 6 years and if we ever have an issue, maintenance is there within a day. They are helpful and walk you through the rental process. Apartment living is a pain, but Graf makes it pretty easy. The only complaint I have is snow removal could be better, but they are usually on it by 11am if the snowfall is crazy.
