It was a huge mistake to use this 'company'. He was hired by the contractor (the contractor was…read morealso miserable to deal with, Casto&s Inl*nd Construction). The contractor gutted our new home due to a construction defect which allowed mold to grow between the walls. Gutted, remediated, and enter RTD to do the drywall. Firstly, some non-citizen drove up to my house in the rain with an open load of sheetrock, no covering. I asked him where it came from, he said it's extra drywall from a house in the Seattle area, 90 minutes away, in the rain across the pass. So, we just remediated all mold issues and genius RTD brings wet sheetrock to sit in the rain on a trailer, overnight. I ordered delivery non citizen to get wet drywall off of our property. He offered to cover it with some saran wrap. Just a few hours and 100 miles too late for that!! NO, get it out of here. The next day or so they brought more drywall, at least not wet this time. RTD sent over a tiny man (also non citizen of USA) to hang the drywall by himself. In order to do that, and maybe because the company dropped off some scrap drywall, the little guy (5 ft tall) had to cut the sheetrock into small pieces. It looked like a patchwork quilt. SMH I hope YOU see these reviews and run like the wind. btw, this dude builds houses too. RUN. When buying a house, always ask WHO IS THE BUILDER? Then research the builder.

Rob came and gave us a quote on drywall and texture and primer. Once they started I moved all our cabinets and appliances outside to give them room. There wasn't any worry about snow at this time. When five weeks was up I drove over and found the house dry walled but not taped or textured., All the scrape drywall was still piled inside. I called, texted and e-mailed and couldn't get any response. I finally wrote the Attorney General and filed a complaint. It had started to snow and my cabinets under tarps were now covered in snow . After a few weeks I got a response from the Attorney General's office. They had written and called and texted too. They had received no response and informed me they thought the company must have gone out of business. I forwarded the email to Robs office, not knowing if they were still in business informing them I was coming over to lock the house up for good. When I arrived that week I found a crew taping. I let them finish the job to my regret. It was another five weeks past their promised finish time before things were finished. All my cabinet doors were spit and my painter had to re-shoot the house three times. Due to the drywall having a poor primer job. Their response to the Attorney General for my complaint was they used me as a fill in for other jobs. Then they still demanded full payment. I've waited a year to post this just to make sure I wasn't writing as angry as I felt then.
