I often get a few entrees for work. The only negative is I wish they'd put more veggies and less rice in the platters, especially the grilled ones. Great macaroni salad!! The Thanksgiving sandwich is great, as well, the lobster roll. The people are all so friendly, helpful. The store is always clean and very well stocked. I recommend this place to everyone. Where their mistake was in crediting me for one product that I didn't think made the trip to California. Back story is the UPS flight for that evening was cancelled for my Friday delivery. I got the notice saying my live lobeters were in Kentucky and would show up Monday, which we all know by that time they would not be alive. MLN rearranged the flights so we had everything by Saturday noon. The ony product I didn't think should be cooked was the steamers as they were open and unresponsive, everything else was fine. I chatted with MLN thanked them for rescheduling the flights and mentioned the problem with the steamers. HERE IS WHERE THEY GOOFED UP - They credited my for my entire order not just the steamers. I let them know that they should charge me for everything but the steamers. They said nope, just think of us next time. This level of customer service doesn't exist much anymore. Thank you MLN!

There was no crispy rice at all. Just wet rice, some thinly sliced sausage, shrimp, & baby mussels. My dish had two unopened mussels that weren't edible.
