I was surprised to receive a reply from Get Smart Home less than 5 minutes later asking qualifying questions. Five minutes after replying I received a quote and commitment to install two TVs on Saturday. Vlad and Stasia text me 35 minutes before the installation appointment to alert me they were on the way. They arrived on time and immediately impressed me with their professionalism: they were courteous, well mannered, personable, knowledgeable and fully prepared with the necessary tools, supplies, blankets to lay the TVs on, and booties to cover their shoes. They reviewed the TVs and desired mounting locations, asked questions about my preferences, made recommendations, set expectations, then went to work.
