It was a Eureka ,which by the way I was told was a good vacuum cleaner. Of course when you walk into Home Depot there is always something else your going to pick up. I was shocked to see that the store was pretty empty of customers but a lot of workers were just standing around. So I proceeded to Aisle 7 were the vacuums were located. There was only one vacuum left, but it was up about 10 feet high on the shelf so I ask several employees to assist me by getting a ladder and getting the vacuum for me. BTW yes it was on sale for 50 dollars which was a great price . I stood in that Aisle for an entire hour waiting on someone to get this vacuum for me. Just ridiculous. I asked 5 employees to assist. It was so hot I couldn't even get mad. Finally this gentleman name James came over and help me get the vacuum down. I refused to let this go .I figured my time is valuable too. So I went to customer service and spoke with a young lady named Jessica. She was so nice, pleasant and understanding . I was able to get a discount price off the vacuum. Yippie. Now that's real customer service. Overall the fact that I had to wait any hour to be helped was not good especially when you have number of workers not doing anything. Will I visit this Home Depot again? I dont know it has to grow on me again. Happy Yelping.. .
