Ironwood Cabinet Painting and Furniture Design was his choice and an excellent choice it was! Since the kitchen is open to the family room, we had them paint our entertainment center to match. As he was hanging it and trying to level it, we noticed that it was not square, nor was the scripture within the middle square of the quilt itself. Robert went above and beyond, removing extra nails in the wall, installing an electrical cord for me outside, and ensuring that it was safely attached to the wall, not just dangling. She did not confirm the appointment until I asked her and quit responding to texts. Upon arrival to my home she did not introduce herself and rushed through measurements. Did not straighten her tape measure or ask many questions. Almost a week waiting on a quote and she's "respectfully denied" my project because I expressed my disappointment in not receiving a quote after so many days. She was frustrated because she didn't have my full attention because I was focused on my 3 year old... but my husband was literally standing right there to answer all her questions. It's all excuses and unprofessional of Talhia. She's a horrible representative of this company and I'll definitely be hiring someone else. Screenshots of our conversation where k expressed disappointment and was attacked. At no time did she communicate she would be out of the office or a timeline to receive a quote even after I asked. All of this could have been avoided by 1. Being upfront about the length of time it would take 2. An apology instead of attacking the customer.
