The product photos are manipulated and deceptive, and the "photos" of their staff and location are entirely AI generated. Returning the items will cost you more than the price of the item, and must be sent to China. They will delay and ask you for photos of the product, until they run out the 30-day refund clock. Complaints to their platform provider Shopify are unanswered.

I ordered a hot calling latte with oat milk. The coffee was delicious and made perfectly. They have an assortment of desserts (gluten free and vegan options) I wanted to try but I plan on visiting again to order some. The staff were so sweet. I met the owner and she told me how Blume came to life! I love supporting small businesses and Blume is one of my favorites.
