I received an email from a recruiter in this agency regarding a job listing and that was a week…read moreago, she never followed up nor did she give me an update after sending in my resume, I been trying to get a hold of the recruiter and left voicemails yet have no response so I contacted the agency and the person over the phone said it usually takes 2-3 weeks to get a response from a hiring manger so that is why she's not "responding"which doesn't make sense or make it right, well the recruiter finally returned my call and yet still no update.. I'm pretty sure a recruiter is suppose to help you and answer your calls but now I'm unsure of this agency and the recruiters here, not happy with this experience

Ive worked for this agency for almost a year and ive had many jobs. The manager there is super helpful and knows how to get you on track and to a good work environment depending on your availability and work ethic. The secretary, Yesica, is super helpful all the time and is always cheerful when she answers the phone. I would totally recommend this agency for anyone looking for new job experiences and maybe a future permanent job. Its worked for me so far.
