Loretta is the best! Super friendly, awesome, and overall a pleasure to work with. Shortly after I…read morewas referred to Loretta, I received word from her that she found an opportunity for me. She set up the interview, coached me for it (even when she was technically not on office hours), and followed up with details on how my interviewer felt after the interview. Next thing you know, I'm hired. I felt like I was really taken care of and she did a great job at keeping me posted. Her connections are unlimited and her reputation does not fail her. She is honest and straight up about how her services work. Not many staffers will fully disclose how the process works and make you feel like they're just using you for their own benefit. This is not Loretta. She outlined what would happen in the future and really stressed that she is only there to help. She's also cool enough to text me updates and reply to my questions quickly. Highly recommended. If I get far in my industry, I'll remember that Loretta helped me take the first step in getting there... and that it will be all thanks to LG Professionals.

This place specializes in staffing scientific jobs. My overall experience was terrible...they made…read moreme feel like cattle and insulted and put down my education, school, degree, and skills. I'm sure all recruiters have the same goals in mind, but this place totally failed at execution. I couldn't leave fast enough at the end of my meeting. Here's my experience: I got a call from them, they had seen my resume on one of those resume sites and had a promising job for me. So I drive out to Diamond Bar and find a small little suite in an office building, with 2 visible employees. I get shuffled around to fill out papers and eventually talk to the woman in charge. Lets just say that they don't call recruiters "headhunters" for no reason. Lemme quickly explain how headhunting works. A company contacts recruiters and tells them that they have this job that they need filled, and they're willing to pay a $50,000 salary. The headhunter then goes and finds people to fill the job but they say it only pays $40,000. The difference is kept by the headhunter as a bonus. So they actively try to take your salary...and if you're keeping this job for 5 years, you just missed out on $50,000 if you took that deal. So the head woman and the second in charge man sit down with me and go over my resume, talk about the position, that sort of thing. Then they turn into a really poor reenactment of good cop bad cop that's very see-through and I had to make an effort to not raise an eyebrow, laugh, or get up and walk out on the spot. The woman was the good cop and says all of these nice things about my education, my skills, my degree, and goes on and on at regular intervals. The man tells me how my degree is a dime a dozen and that there are tons of people with better degrees competing for my jobs. They asked me what salary I was expecting and when I told them, they actually laughed and the man said in a condescending tone that theres no way I can even hope to get that salary. (At the time, all similar starting positions offered $15k more) This is no exaggeration, he was actually saying all of these things...if I sound like I'm picking on their shortcomings, its just because they were 75% of the meeting and I'm still a bit amazed at how they treat their clients. There was nothing good about this company other than their genuine willingness to place me in a job, albeit not on beneficial terms for me. I felt very happy to be out of there and felt like I dodged a bullet by not listening to LG Professionals' "advice."

This man goes above and beyond to help make recruits dreams come true and My dream has always been to serve my country, and SSG Seilaff excelled my expectations by making my dream a reality. He is very communicative and caring by hand holding you the entire process. My entry qualifications posed a challenge due to my age. I had to complete all of my qualification requirements before my 40th birthday, in order to enlist and he got me an age waiver and more, and again, he went above and beyond to help me get enlisted. My age alone could have been a reason to turn me away, not help me, but he didn't. He gave me hope and would constantly inspire me and reassured me that everything would be possible by following his guidance. I will be amongst the 1% of Americans to proudly serve this beautiful nation, thanks to his 110% dedicated recruiting efforts. Therefore, I 1000% recommend him to be your recruiter. I know I will always count on him in my future endeavors in the Army.  Thank you SSG Seilaff.
