Their wording in tests, are identical and very confusing. The worst part though is this. Do NOT use their vehicles for testing. The one I used stalled many times. They used each time against me. The alignment, and the wheel bearings or something in the back tires or axle, are horrible! While stopping at stop signs, it dies. While trying to parallel park, it dies. While driving... It dies! Ms.Jiminez... you're a nice lady. But, I bet you get a kick back off the upsell on the drivers test. You pay one price to use their car. It's another price to use your car. If you want a half hour lesson on what she will test you on, it's over $100 dollars. She fully admitted she works 10 or less hours a week. They tried up selling me at every turn. Kenneth... You're sneaky sneaky. But, your vehicles are in disrepair. Good thing I am an experienced driver. Others, will fail in your pt cruiser you claim just came back from the shop. Ms.Jiminez will pull you back in the parking spot. The vehicle died before I could pull all the way in. (No AC on a 98° day) And start telling you six points for this or that. I passed, but when she started docking me for the vehicle dying... The brakes don't work right, wheel no longer power steered... She hade worried. Do NOT go here. Perks... Well he was staring at me pretty intently. I was trying not to notice as to not make his wife angry. So my drive test was scheduled for the next day and when I showed up she had a certain attitude towards me. Then I knew I shouldn't even take the drive test because I knew she would fail me. Well I was right because I did fine on test. First she said I was going to fast around corners.. I really wasn't. Then I took extra time to make a corner and she would have an annoyed look on her face. The rest of the test goes ok. I really thought I passed until she said to go in and talk about it. I think its really messed up to fail someone who is very happily married to the nest husband in the world. Sorry your husband paid me some attention. It was really unwanted. If you are an attractive woman don't go here. She will steal your money!

I waited to have my license in hand before posting this. I…read moredid pass their testing, but noticed some real shady business practices here. 1st. They ask you which test you want? A, B, or C? This is because I guess they've been accused of being shady, so the tests are different, by kicking up the questions. But, I believe it's the questions themselves. Wording on a few of them are basically the same, but different. You can retake the test right away if you fail. Read the book. One word can make the difference. That's not the real issue here. I passed. But they won't tell you what you missed even if you pass. Next is the driving. $39 to drive your own car. $59 to drive theirs $119 gets you a half hour of what's on the test before you take it. I smoke in my car. I cared about Ms Jimenez' health, I paid the $59 to use their car so she didn't have to smell my bad habit. You're welcome! The PT cruiser you will use, alignment, wheel and brake issues, and stalls during your test. Yet... They claim it just came back from the shop. No AC in sweltering heat, and nice small talk about her sons jets skits...oh by the way turn right here. Parallel parking, car stalled twice. I got dinged for just over 12" from curb and not enough space between my front any the truck in front of me. Lady... There's a driveway behind me. What's the law? How far from the driveway? I have been driving 30 years. I nailed that parking even with it stalking twice. Back up onto the street, stay as close to the curb as possible. I had two people behind on the sidewalk, I yielded to both. Turned the wheel, car stalled. Dinged me for not looking good enough behind me or something? Huh? Then, pulling back into the lot, a truck was pulling out of the side street into the main street. (I am from our if town I don't know the names) Ms Jimenez' said I turned to tight or cut to sharp? I pulled into the lot. And, while trying to turn this car into a lot, while it's consistently trying to die on me... It does. I couldn't even get into the parking spot. Then she went down the list of things she docked me for, which I had to argue ... Your car died, yeah, but your car died. Brakes and steering don't work as well when YOUR CAR DIES. She even said she was worried we would have to walk back in the heat. So .. don't do driving tests with their rigs definitely. This place was definitely out to get your money. Upselling, shady tactics, and shotty vehicles. I passed, but I'm a 30+ year driver. I did like that they took me as a walk-in. Ms.JIMENEZ Just give the test. Your point system made me feel like I made a mistake because you probably get commission on those upsells. Hence why you only have to work nine hours a week. (Your words) Hey... They do walk-ins though. You betcha.

They would flake out on me saying they would send out a reminder for my drives and they never did. So I missed drives and had to pay 80 extra dollars . on top of the 400 plus dollars spent on the class. The teacher was unengaged rushing thru the lessons. And playing mobile games any chance he had. Each driving instructor here is kind, calm, and honest, at the end they want you to pass. They will give you pointers on where you did well and where you can improve. I highly encourage anyone who is looking to get their drivers license to do it through this organization.

While driving, the instructors had great patience and answered any questions. The teachers were kind, attentiveness, and caring. After being transferred and put on hold for 7 minutes, I was explaining to the man on the phone who didn't even state his name, my financial situation and how I'm looking for a cheap apprenticeship program. *LIKE CHAR GLO ADVERTISES* he proceeds to tell me "nothing in life is free" like... excuse me?! sir I'm aware of that to the fullest extent. I'm just curious how I go about it for your school!! He couldn't explain how to go about enrollment nor sounded excited or welcoming to new students. He had the gumption to try and tell me "no salon will let you walk in and apprentice for free" and that it's mandatory in WA state to be enrolled in school and apprenticeship program simultaneously. However a quick google search will tell you otherwise. wa.gov. cited. The man on the other line completely will prevent me attending this school.
