After being transferred and put on hold for 7 minutes, I was explaining to the man on the phone who didn't even state his name, my financial situation and how I'm looking for a cheap apprenticeship program. *LIKE CHAR GLO ADVERTISES* he proceeds to tell me "nothing in life is free" like... excuse me?! sir I'm aware of that to the fullest extent. I'm just curious how I go about it for your school!! He couldn't explain how to go about enrollment nor sounded excited or welcoming to new students. He had the gumption to try and tell me "no salon will let you walk in and apprentice for free" and that it's mandatory in WA state to be enrolled in school and apprenticeship program simultaneously.
