Good business. From the time I called to when I walked out the door I was happy. I needed my driving test and was on a time constraint. First off, I'll start out by saying I passed my tests here. But, recognized shady business practices here. The written tests A, B, C you'll be asked to choose from. Their wording in tests, are identical and very confusing. The worst part though is this. Do NOT use their vehicles for testing. The one I used stalled many times. They used each time against me. The alignment, and the wheel bearings or something in the back tires or axle, are horrible! While stopping at stop signs, it dies. While trying to parallel park, it dies. While driving... It dies! Ms.Jiminez... you're a nice lady. But, I bet you get a kick back off the upsell on the drivers test. You pay one price to use their car. It's another price to use your car. If you want a half hour lesson on what she will test you on, it's over $100 dollars. She fully admitted she works 10 or less hours a week. They tried up selling me at every turn. Kenneth... You're sneaky sneaky. But, your vehicles are in disrepair. Good thing I am an experienced driver. Others, will fail in your pt cruiser you claim just came back from the shop. Ms.Jiminez will pull you back in the parking spot. The vehicle died before I could pull all the way in. (No AC on a 98° day) And start telling you six points for this or that. I passed, but when she started docking me for the vehicle dying... The brakes don't work right, wheel no longer power steered... She hade worried. Do NOT go here. Perks... I went to this driving academy took all of my tests, and drives, and some how they lost all of my papers and they stole all of my money that I put into and they said I had to take the class again if I wanted to get my license because they "lost my papers." So I just waited a year and got my license instead huge scammers do not recommend. read more

Took drivers ed here a while back and had a terrible experience. The old man hit on my mother, made racist remarks, and it was very disorganized in the building. The other staff were definitely more tolerable. Had the best experience with the daughter. I really don't recommend going here. Ended up taking my final test at Central WA Driving Academy which seems to be a thing a lot of people do because they don't have great experiences at cruisers. read more

We visited the Moses lake location so my daughter could take her written test for her permit. We figured it was just the test so anyplace would do. Upon entering, we were met with a trash receptacle over flowing with aluminum cans, stacks of guns and ammo magazines, and the walls completely covered in hats, flags and various 'murica crap. There were stacks of paperwork, retail packages, and a huge side-by-side fridge cluttering the lobby/testing area. And the bathroom appeared to also be the kitchenette. But that wasn't the worst part. From shortly after we entered, the owner was on the phone (in said bath/kitchen area) screaming at someone about some sort of conflict with a student's family. I later learned he was screaming at a state employee. I asked whether this was going to continue and the receptionist did go ask him to close a door to dampen the sound. Once the call ended, this person came into the lobby/testing area and continued speaking loudly, both to the receptionist and a customer who had apparently been waiting to take a driving skills test. After giving the customer some instructions he proceeded to attempt to make polite conversation with me. I gave one word responses and refused eye contact. All this time I had been seated at the end of the "desk" where D was testing. There were no other seats not directly beside the other customer. Once that person had left the building, the owner asked me, in a slightly accusatory tone, to please move to the other side of the room. Like yeah...I'm definitely sitting here to cheat. Anyway...no surprise, my child with extreme anxiety did not pass her test. What a complete and utter waste of my money and energy. This place should be shut down. Beyond unprofessional. read more

I'm sitting here trying to figure out how I am going to properly review this. I took the class with Mr. Bishop a while back, and, apart from the stuff the other reviews say (Yes, he constantly hits on the women in the class, berates all the kids in class, is always late and talks about EVERYTHING other than driving) he started hitting on my mom. He spends half the class on the phone SCREAMING at some poor person trying to set up a drive or something. Extremely rude and unprofessional. The other staff is fine, not really anything bad to say about them. Building is a smorgasbord of patriotism to the point of feeling satirical. I entered a few days ago for the knowledge test walk-in. I was berated for having waited a year (I had a lot going on at the time) and throughout the entire test, he was shouting in the background about how he wanted to buy these pills but the video he was watching was too long for him to watch through. I dearly wish I was kidding. Owner is also extremely homophobic and thinks that everyone who walks through his door wants to hear his opinion on EVERY small political issue. I took my drivers Ed course here and didn't even think of the "old man" as a perv. I never had any experience with him like that and I'm a girl. He is a nice man that may at times come off a grumpy because he does have a loud voice, but that is just the way he is (everyone is different). He likes to joke around and is very funny at times ( he has a sense of humor). He was also in the military so maybe that is why he is loud. But anyway he is a really nice man that also gives discipline when it is due. The receptionist is his daughter so they do talk to each other like a family would (it must be hard to work with your family in a professional setting). I feel really welcome there because it is a family friendly place run by a family themselves. My teacher (his daughter) has 6 kids and does an excellent job at taking care of them and helping run a business. I was lucky to be in her class and to have the classmates that I did. I stress about a lot of stuff and still passed my whole drivers Ed the first time! The whole thing about charging if you don't pass is to teach young adults like myself to study and be responsible as we become adults. One thing I was told there was if there was a place I could go to be treated like an adult it was drivers Ed. And remember they have to obey state laws when it comes to sitting alone while doing a state test. I would recommend this place if you want to be taught the responsibilities of becoming a responsible driver and young adult! read more
