Ok, so I waited another 10-15 and still no one. I tried calling the number listed on the company website multiple times and received no answer. Voice mail box was full also. After about 25 min of waiting and receiving no calls, I went ahead and drove. I think I might consider another taxi company to get to the airport next time I fly.

When I called back, man was extremely rude, started YELLING at me, and told me not to "waste his time." He claimed that he called my number to let me know he was outside, so I checked my phone record, and there is no record of anyone from that taxi service calling my number. Essentially the man was very rude and lied. I have no idea about their taxi services, but their customer service is horrible!

They didn't nickel and dime us for adding an extra stop like the other car service companies were. Making a payment was seamless as well (20% down and full payment 2 days before scheduled service). My family and I flew from the San Francisco Bay Area to Houston Hobby and needed a ride to Galveston to port for a cruise. I contacted 3 different car service companies and decided to go with Top Tier Chauffeur services, out of instinct and I'm so happy I did. The day of our arrival, Betty texted me and provided me with the name of our driver, Kae, and his phone # and told me he will be in baggage claim to meet us after our flight. Soon after, I received a text from Kae. When we landed we went straight to baggage claim, there was Kae right when we got down the escalators holding a digital sign with my name on it. He made it easy to find him. He walked with us (there were 4 of us) to pick up our bags from the carousel then loaded our bags into the suburban. The ride was nice and clean. Kae was welcoming and engaged in our conversations. We started talking about Buc-cees and lo and behold we did a quick pit stop there. Our first time at a Buc-cees so we were super grateful for that stop. The day we came back from the cruise, I received a text from Kae letting me know he was going to be the one picking us up as well. I texted him when we got off the ship and he was there within minutes with cold water for each of us. If you know how hot and humid Galveston, TX gets then you know cold water is a treat. Thank you Top Tier Chauffer services. Betty and Kae, thank you for making our ride experience a memorable one! I highly recommend Top Tier if you are looking for a safe and trustworthy car service.
