I tried to pick up an ovulation test package today, and realized that they (and the pregnancy…read moretests) were locked up. I had to press a button for an associate to come unlock the display. After choosing what I wanted, she wanted me to give it to her to take to customer service until I was ready to check out. So, not only was I treated as a potential shoplifter when I have been a good customer to the local store my entire life, but due to the somewhat sensitive and private nature of the product I was after, I was also embarrassed by the exchange. So, I guess Jeff Bezos is going to receive some more of my business. Well done, Wal-Mart.

There is a Walmart right down the street. Knowone,including them can compete with variety and prices but it was the customer service that made them stand apart. They knowlonger have a real Deli where you can actually order what and how much, their weekly specials you have to spend 15 minutes on your phone navigating a bunch of bs to claim and everything is prepackaged. So if all you want for instances is 3 chicken tenders and a coleslaw. To bad you have to buy the 5 piece full meal. Or 10 slices of turkey and 5 cheddar and 5 havarti slices. To bad. You get what they pre package. Its just sad to see Customer service so ignored. I wait to go to Cozad or Kearney now. I don't not recommend check out Casey's down the street. It's much better, I don't like this place and hate it very much because of the workers.
