Visiting from out of town and hungry for a good, hearty breakfast, we decided to give A&D Café a…read moretry after reading all the glowing reviews. It turned out to be one of the best decisions of our trip. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by that unmistakable small‑town diner atmosphere--the kind that instantly makes you feel at home. The cafeteria‑style tables, the well‑loved vinyl chairs with a bit of cracking, and the steady hum of locals chatting over their morning coffee all added to the charm. It's the kind of place where you can tell the community gathers, and that alone sets the tone for a great meal. We were seated right away at a freshly cleared table and handed menus that were packed with classic hometown favorites. The selection was surprisingly vast, offering everything you'd hope to find in a true American breakfast spot. And then came the food. To put it simply: **this was the best breakfast we've ever had**. Every bite tasted like it was made with care, and you can genuinely feel how much pride the staff takes in putting out a great meal. From the perfectly cooked eggs to the hearty portions and comforting flavors, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff themselves were friendly, welcoming, and attentive in that effortless small‑town way that makes you feel like a regular even when you're just passing through. If you're anywhere near Lexington and craving a real, satisfying breakfast, **we absolutely recommend A&D Café**. It's the kind of place that reminds you why small‑town diners hold such a special place in people's hearts.

Overall it was still a good meal and I would be willing to give them another chance if I'm in town again.
