Conveniently located right off the freeway and a large parking lot, plus some places to eat right…read morenext door. There is a giant buffalo bill statue out front that you can see right from the freeway from a distance. The trading post has snacks, drinks, jewelry, souvenirs, memorabilia, and all kinds of things to buy. You can breeze through it in like 5 minutes or you can spend some time since there are several items to choose from. They even have some displays set up with some interesting things, like a replica of a 2 headed calf that was born nearby years ago. We were there in July when it was blazing hot and humid, so we skipped the tour of the fort out back that you can go on. If you need to take a break and or want to get some souvenirs you should stop in.
