That dentist definitely needs to stick to his day job - which shouldn't be dentistry. He kept dropping the instruments on my arm. When he flossed my teeth, he couldn't really get the floss between some of the teeth. Apparently they aren't equipped with sinks so you get have to swallow or get vacuumed up - which he didn't really know how to do. Family Dental is basically what's wrong with dentistry. It's about the money they can get out of you. Not you or your health.

After cancelling my treatment plan without prior discussion, I felt blindsided and frustrated. The reason given was that we weren't a good match, but I'd appreciate more insight into what I could have done differently. The lack of communication and sudden cancellation has left a sour taste, and I wouldn't recommend this practice to others. Areas for Improvement: - Communication: More transparency and discussion needed before cancelling treatment plans - Explanation: Clearer explanations for decisions and next steps would be helpful Also, their payment plan is not clear and was told the Receptionist would know everything about it. I went in for my first appointment with this dentist, and it didn't start out well. Given the event the sticker was referring to it had been up at least 6 months. Swear words, on the sign outside a pediatric dentist office. Someone had made an extremely poor attempt to remove the sticker, but the words were still clearly visible. When asked about it, the staff said they'd mention it to someone. They were 10 minutes late getting me started. I have a complicated medical history, which they went through in detail. Put those together and by the time they were ready to start cleaning, my appointment time was up, and they have a strict policy that they couldn't go over time, so I had to leave. I gave it a second chance (the sticker was still on the sign untouched) went in, only to see a different dentist who also wanted to go through my history. They questioned every detail I provided and flat out refused to take the safety precautions that my doctor required, telling me that I was making them up. At which point my appointment time was once again up and... well you know the rest. Never again.

Then I went to Dr. Bebrin who is very knowledgeable with Invisalign and he clearly explained to me that it was possible. My case was complex and long, and I've been going to Dr. Bebrin for 7 years. Everytime I go, it was very clear what we're doing. Even after I finished my payment plan they still treat me the same as any other customer and just charge a small office visit fee.
