That dentist definitely needs to stick to his day job - which shouldn't be dentistry. He kept dropping the instruments on my arm. When he flossed my teeth, he couldn't really get the floss between some of the teeth. Apparently they aren't equipped with sinks so you get have to swallow or get vacuumed up - which he didn't really know how to do. Family Dental is basically what's wrong with dentistry. It's about the money they can get out of you. Not you or your health.

I was given a copy of the consent form, about 3 pages, and told to just sign, "no need to read it". The office staff was far from professional worrying me about the caliber of the dentists. After cancelling my treatment plan without prior discussion, I felt blindsided and frustrated. The lack of communication and sudden cancellation has left a sour taste, and I wouldn't recommend this practice to others. I called and they said they had a cancellation two days later if I could make that appointment. I took that appointment. When I arrived at the office two days later, they told me I could not be seen and that they left me a voicemail about needing a referral, which I don't need under my insurance. I confirmed they could not see my newborn and left with my screaming newborn. They were insistent on having left me voicemails, but when they read my cell phone number back to me, they had the wrong number on file, so someone else received the voicemails. Perhaps they should confirm contact details. To continuously insist they had left me a voicemail in a rude tone when I had told them I didn't was very frustrating. Do they really think I would get a cancellation voicemail and then cart my screaming newborn to their office for the fun of it? Pretty annoying when you help out by taking a cancellation and they don't have their ducks in a row as to what is needed for an appointment and then they leave a voicemail on the wrong number and you've carted your newborn around for no reason. Super unprofessional, and frankly, the ladies at the front desk were super rude instead of apologetic since they had messed up. I will not be going back here as they are clearly incompetent and recommend you look elsewhere as well. If this is how they treat a prospective new client, how would they treat you once you're actually a client? I don't want to find out.

Then I went to Dr. Bebrin who is very knowledgeable with Invisalign and he clearly explained to me that it was possible. My case was complex and long, and I've been going to Dr. Bebrin for 7 years. Everytime I go, it was very clear what we're doing. Even after I finished my payment plan they still treat me the same as any other customer and just charge a small office visit fee.
