You are literally situated less than a mile from my childhood home, which makes this like some cruel joke. That said, you're the best indoor soccer facility in the Twin Cities (and I've played at them all). You give folks the opportunity to play indoor or outdoor, single sex or co-ed and on various levels from beginner to competitive. Your refs (especially Forrester and TJ) are the kind of caliber you don't typically get in rec leagues, which is as valuable as the convenient location and above-average facility, in my opinion. If you like old-school boards, they've got 2 of those. Gone is the Astroturf of yesterday. You can even play in your regular cleats on this pitch. Same goes for the indoor/outdoor field (domed from October-May). You'll never play on regular grass again. Lately I have passed on the cleats - mostly because they often do not have my son's size or the selection for what he prefers is sparse. I have better luck at Dicks or online - which is unfortunate because I'd rather support a local business. So, depending on your needs - they may or may not have what you are looking for. However, we buy soccer balls and other stuff here and have been pretty satisfied. You also get staff who are very knowledgable - this is nice considering most chain store employees do not have a good background in soccer. Expect to pay top dollar, but they do always have some good clearance stuff to choose from.

Either way, it feels like pure price gouging. There seems to be little to no competition, and teams are required to buy new sets every couple of years. Do not recommend. If you order from China, which you can do, they are priced at 80% or so discounted. But takes some planning and considering the time it takes. Note 90% of the time, the products you get from these guys are not made local or even in the US.

They had two people there reffing for us and they make everything super simple. They know it's tiring, so they just have you play in 5 minute stints and then have you switch up the teams. We took a 30 minute break after the first hour and they stuck it out with us. At their suggestion, we played another game called Sharks and Minnows and everyone loved it. Some people joined in that hadn't played soccer the first time. Even those who decided not to participate were cheering and hollering from the sidelines. It is hilarious to watch your coworkers get bounced around and knocked over in a giant bubble!
