Office personnel, Brittany, refused to provide this information, indicating that the information would be shared with my mother in June 2026. This is a violation of HIPAA, the conduct required for doctors pursuant to the CA Medical Board and her rights as a patient. Despite explaining to Brittany that this information was needed so that it could be shared with my mother's other treating doctors, Brittany refused. The medical doctors with this group (Faisal, Zhang, others) seem to be billing the insurance company without providing patients with necessary test results so that patients can advocate for themselves and their medical needs. Waiting until June to receive test results done in April could be too late and could result in an unnecessary delay in medical treatment. I am going to have to file a complaint with the CA medical board against the medical group and I'd advise any person considering using this group's doctors for medical care to think twice because they are effectively delaying my mother learning about an acute diagnosis (acute frequent strokes) which could result in a negative outcome. I will be finding another neurologist for my mother ASAP. STAY FAR AWAY FROM Dr. Bhupat Desai (agent for service of process), Dr. Qazi Faisal (president of the Neurology Group), and the Neurology Group's doctors.

Many offices now and days the staff will be having conversations amongst themselves laughing really hard cursing and talking about the weekend or where they are going which is unreal especially when you are sitting there in pain while they are doin so very unprofessional . Don't get me wrong it nice to have conversation but be sensitive to where people are at . This office staff is the best thank you I forgot the medical staff such as the DR, PA and the assistant are amazing i had a bad experience from another place which put me in the hospital for 3 days . To begin, I would like to clarify that this rating does not apply to everyone in the office…read more However, it does specifically pertain to Dr. Zhang and her receptionist(s). On August 20th, we attended our scheduled appointment. During this visit, we emphasized to both the neurologist and her receptionists the critical importance of having certain medical documents signed and promptly sent to the DMV, as the matter was extremely time-sensitive. As of today, September 26, 2024, at 1:30 PM, the issue has finally been resolved. However, it took a total of one month and six days for the office to complete the medical clearance for my wife and submit the required documents to the DMV. Throughout this process, we were told on four separate occasions that the documents had been faxed to two different numbers, and twice that they were sent via email. Unfortunately, none of these attempts were successful. Ultimately, it took a formal complaint to upper management and an email sent from my own account to finally get the documents delivered. Additionally, my wife had to physically visit the office in person to request the documents herself before returning home, where I had to step in and send them via email. Q

If I could give a lower rating I SO would. So let me enlighten you on what to expected: -Get placed on ETERNAL hold for well over 20-30 minutes at a time then conveniently get disconnected - No communications, help or questions answered since literally no one answers the phone at 909-982-2719. - on the rare occasion you get through and attempt to speak to Christina the office manager or Michelle who is Dr Desai's assistant, you only get to leave a message and NEVER get a call back! I really feel for the elderly by themselves and for those who are unable to advocate for themselves because this system is clearly broken and no one seems to care!

First, Dr. Desai, in my experience, is the worst doctor whom I have ever been involved with. I have a peripheral neuropathy that causes tingling in my two legs and numbness on my feet at night while I am asleep. First time I saw him, he had his assistant performed some kind of testings. Then, he told me to schedule another visit, which I thought would be to discuss the results of all the tests performed. On my second visit, he just asked me lhow feel about my neuropathy and my response was I still have the tingling on my legs and numbness on my feet at night while I was asleep. He them told me to continue on my medication, which by the way, was initially prescribed by my family doctor before I even saw him for this problem. Up to now, I did not know the results of all the tests that this doctor performed. The Neurology Group, Inc. is the worst group, in my opinion, that I ever was told to visit. To call for an appointment, it will take almost 15 to 20 minutes before someone answers the phone. Their excuses were having lots of calls. The waiting room was small and always crowded. The parking lot is small as well and one has to park on the side street. At the present time, I found another neurologist at Loma Linda Hospital.
