Eileen O'Reilly is the finest personal injury attorney that I have ever known. Her background…read moreincludes having worked on both sides of the insurance industry, which leaves her uniquely qualified in the arena of personal injury claims. She is an intelligent and eligant human being who covers all the bases for you as a client. Two years ago while my wife and I were returning home from grocery shopping, we were hit head on by an uninsured motorist. We were both injured, a police officer was behind us and our safety camera recorded the incident. The at fault driver lied to the police officer and said she had USAA insurance, which is our insurance. Luckily I have an uninsured motorist policy. In the end Eileen was able to secure two settlements for us that produced larger than expected dollar amounts. We both highly recommend Eileen O'Reilly to any person requiring the representation of a personal injury attorney.

If zero stars were an option that would be my rating. My experience with this law office was…read morehorrible. They took months to get back to me on basic questions, didn't even answer their phone or respond to voicemails for months at a time, and were unable to stick to deadlines of any kind. They gave me incorrect information on my probate case multiple times and even when they had several chances to correct this information so I could refinance my home that was in probate at a low rate, they continued to provide me with false information. By the end of this case, it was clear that the legal assistant assigned to me didn't even know the laws regarding probate. The law office ignored requests for communication on the progress of my case by phone, text, and mail. I would not recommend using this law office, especially for probate. I expressed my concerns to the office manager, and she said she would look into the issues I was having with resolving my case and then never spoke to me again. I have never been treated by a legal office in this way and I am still in shock. It took over a year to complete a very straightforward probate case that Kenneth said during our initial consult would take approximately 4 months. This office even withheld my final signing papers with no explanation. I have documentation of these issues via text and email and will be filing an ethics complaint with the Oregon Bar.

Kelly Rupp has been an exceptional attorney to work with, and I can't recommend her highly enough…read more From the start, she was incredibly responsive and consistently on top of every detail, which brought a sense of clarity and calm to an otherwise stressful process. She communicated with professionalism and respect at every step, and I always felt heard and supported. What truly sets Kelly apart is her honesty and integrity. She was fair, transparent, and refreshingly truthful about potential outcomes, never overpromising, but always ensuring I was fully informed and prepared. Having worked with another attorney previously for the same divorce and child support case, I can confidently say Kelly stood out in every way. She was far more upfront about costs, expectations, and strategy, which made a huge difference in both trust and peace of mind. If you're looking for an attorney who is not only highly competent but also genuinely cares about her clients and communicates with clarity and integrity, Kelly Rupp is the one. I'm incredibly grateful for her guidance and would absolutely recommend her to anyone in need of strong, honest legal representation.

And a month later another $1,000 bill. After she fired me due to conflict of interest. Because I wrote a review about her overcharging me. As a man getting a divorce in a high stress situation. Eileen on my attorney to explain the legalities of my divorce. She was calling me at Sunday at night late in the work day evenings. Stressing me out to make decisions that she was not helping with. I didn't understand my legalities half the time she literally yelled at me. She was very tired of me and I could tell. But who is her lack of patience and her over sized workload that didn't give her the capability or patience to work with me. A very simple divorce. No kids. Two pieces of property. Super simple. I would stay away from her. She is a liar and she actually talked crap about Sherry Fogarty attorney at law. Said they battled in the courtroom and this should be no problem to beat her because she didn't like her anyways. My ex-wife's attorney said she was so sorry and helped me for free to wrap up all the confusion that Kelly was giving me. It is not as difficult as she was making it. And she overcharged me. There's nothing I could do about this because she is an attorney and I am not. That is the game she plays when she doesn't like her clients. She is not professional. Even though she acts like it at first. Once you send that contract it's on her time and you are put aside. Again I'm not an attorney so I didn't have any choice but to pay this overcharge
