Watched numerous people who checked in after me get seen, no big deal, happens all the time. I get called, get my weight taken, give a urine sample, and get taken to an exam room. I waited, and waited, nothing. At 12:40, I finally decided to find out why I am still waiting to be seen. I walk up front, the woman at the desk seems bothered when I mentioned that I had still not been seen. She checked with the PA, who they had scheduled me with, and she was still in with the previous patient. I informed her that I cannot wait all day, that I have to get back to work. She asked me if I wanted to reschedule, I told her no I'll find another doctor. This is not the first time I have been made to wait an unacceptable amount of time, when I arrive on time. They simply do not care about wasting your time. Their customer service is terrible and is obviously not a priority.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this practice and would not recommend them to anyone…read more The reception staff are consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Every interaction I've had with them has been unpleasant, which is unacceptable for a medical office where patients are often already stressed. On top of that, I have received other patients' medical information in the mail due to what appears to be a mix-up with similar names. This is a serious privacy concern and a potential HIPAA violation. Recently, I was contacted for a follow-up after a hospital visit. During that call, the receptionist told me I was considered a "new patient" because I hadn't been seen in 3 years--despite being with this practice for over 20 years. The reality is that since COVID, they no longer treat common illnesses like colds or flu, forcing patients to go elsewhere. They scheduled me with a PA without clearly explaining this. When I called back to cancel and requested that my file be closed, I was told it was taken care of. Despite that, I later received an automated message stating I "missed" the appointment. When I called to resolve the issue, I was transferred to billing and met with more resistance. Instead of helping, they questioned me about who I spoke with and insisted the appointment was never canceled. The situation became so frustrating that I had to call multiple times--and even from a different number--just to get someone to address it. At one point, a staff member even hung up on me. This entire experience was stressful, disorganized, and completely unprofessional--especially concerning given the appointment was related to high blood pressure. I would strongly caution others before choosing this office.

The Bad: The staff sometimes have issues, such as communication. Last visit i was told i had an outstanding bill and I asked why no email, paper bill, notice, etc. had been sent out and I was told they don't do that anymore. Also called previous times and left messages, only to find they never made it to the doctor. The Ugly: Recently talked to a receptionist who did try to assist over a medication. When I explained i had stupidly waited to get a refill, she laughed/chuckled at me, asking why i waited till the last minute, which annoyed me. I understand I made a mistake, but didn't need it rubbed in my face.
