The second time was when I wanted a laptop for super cheap. The first experience did not end well (never did figure out what happened to that bike) but I have to say the second experience ended quite well. In fact, I am using the laptop right now to type this review - thanks Luigi's! In case you are wondering it is a decent Toshiba laptop (by no means the top of the line but well appointed and about 2 years old by now) that I bought a year and a half ago for around $350.
