I am completely surprised by my one year anniversary gift still. I know it's been over a month…read moresince my one year anniversary but I had to think of the right words to say in that time frame. Let's start off with I'm completely in love with my husband and did not expect the charm bracelet for the one year gift. He kept telling me my present would be paper since that's what it says online most couples receive on their one year anniversary. So as you can guess my husband played with me and actually got me paper. Then I'm like you got to be joking me buddy we've been together for a year and all I get is paper? Then he tells me to come downstairs, I come downstairs to find the bag pictured on here. Inside was the most lovely charm bracelet ever. It had 3 charms, to tell the story of how my husband and I met from the beginning. The charms that symbolize how my better half and I met started with love, then the next represents the engagement ring of proposal, then the last one is the one year anniversary charm. He told me everytime we have a life event (such as baby, pets, etc) he will continue to add to this bracelet until it becomes full. It was the most lovely idea ever and I loved my gift! I like that the bracelet is not too heavy and nice enough for me to wear it to special events. As well as the right fit. The sales lady literally had to take a measurement of my husband's arm to get the right measurement of mine since I have a tiny arm. I will always treasure this charmed collection and can't wait to see what memories we add to it in the future!! I highly recommend Kay Jewelers for any special occasion from wedding rings to anniversary gifts they have it all to make that moment special.

I don't know how they found out I was engaged to be married but it was so sweet. News must fly fast as a bride! I mean I did attend almost every bridal expo before my wedding. I was known throughout Central Ohio for attending all the wedding expo's meeting almost every vendor in town and interviewing them. I treated it like a full time job, except as a bride. One thing I really liked that I specifically remember right before my wedding was this jeweler was so kind as to add the finishing clean to my wedding ring before I walked down the aisle. I cannot say the jeweler that my husband bought the wedding ring from would do this for me because it never happened. The reason I appreciated it was because they realized I didn't have much time and really wanted my ring to look good. That service went very far in my books! Recently, Helzberg sent me a Happy Anniversary card and why this meant so much to me was because I really was going through a hard week. Seeing a card in the mail that acknowledged my upcoming 1 year anniversary meant the world to me. It meant somebody was thinking about us and wished us well. Sometimes a card can go far when you least realize it and this place knew how to cheer someone up. The Helzberg team really knows how to make people in town feel special with their jewelery. In my opinion, this is what a jeweler should be all about is that special feeling you get. Props go out to their great customer service and kind words that really went far for this person right here.

The place literally across the hall, mall hall?... that place ignored me during the holidays a few years back and I have been at Helzberg ever since. I always enjoy dealing with the staff. They offer great suggestions when I am, and I always am, clueless about jewelry. I recommend them over all the other places and they are worth driving out of my way to go to this location. I don't feel like just another commissioned sale when I walk in. They earn my business with straight forward honest opinions on the jewelry I'm looking for and they have great taste. Of course, my SO and her family think I have great taste, so I guess I am taking all the credit these ladies deserve. Also, I have never been ignored. Even when they are super busy I have always been acknowledged upon entering and waiting. Great shop! Great people!

My friend introduced me to the store and I just had to get something. It's pricey but honestly, you get to pick the stone you want. That's a selling point and not something I see at jewelry stores. They make it right there for ya once you're ready to pick the design. They also sell candles and frames.
