Many of the major stores that I remember have closed over the years, and the mall seems to have evolved into more of an event and community space. There are still a handful of stores open, including shops that sell jewelry, clothing, and tennis shoes. While it's not the bustling shopping destination it once was, it was interesting to walk around and see how the space has changed over time.

" you are going to have to take off your face mask if you want to come inside"..... i like at him and told him "so it was ok when those white folks told you all to wear masks everyday, then you all had no problem letting people walk around shopping without harassing harassing"..... i told him "i wear this to protect my health and i don't need anyone to tell me to" then he tells me it is in the rules that we can't wear full face covering.... i simply asked him wouldn't it be a lawsuit to force someone against their religion to remove their head covering. i could not even step foot into the building without being treated as a suspect because i was black. but i guarantee that white privileged people don't have that problem.......

Ultimately this store is like a Ross, but nicer. What may be here one day will be gone the next so grab it while you see it. The store itself was clean, the aisles are a little narrow - a lady came down with a cart and I could feel panic setting in as I had no where to go that I turned around and left the aisle. The prices are decent, they have lots of clearance items - I picked up an item and saw that someone had helped themselves to most of the product - the lady reduced it by $1 which wasn't even 25% of the cost, and told me to take it to the front counter to have it reduced more. Went to the counter and the lady made it seem like the other lady was the only one who was authorized to do that. She got the store manager and he reduced it by less than 50% but once again, more than 1/2 of it was missing so I passed on it. It worth going into and taking a look. You might find some good finds.

It's a safe, beautiful and wonderful place to conveniently shop with your family as well as dining without having to drive a long distance if you live in Oak Cliff. The center has a taste of everything that you may need right in your neighborhood. As for the dumb negative comment of Jen T, if Wynnewood isn't your cup of tea please go spend your bucks elsewhere, Wynnewood will certainly survive without you and your negative comment. Customer service at this store sucks. Associates will turn off to avoid having to talk to you. Will not make eye contact with you. The store was super clean and the smells of perfume made me want to shop lol. Due to my watch being so tiny it took a minute for them to service it but in the waiting time the store clerk was really nice and state the issue. After about 30 minutes I was able to leave with my links taken out and now I can finally wear my watch! Everyone was accommodating and pleasant and I have no doubt I would be a repeat customer.

For starters it appears as though they have removed or limited some of the higher end brands (i.e. Marchesa, Eileen Fisher, etc). They also have lots of clearance items that are cheaper at the Dillards outlet. Also, they've added more casual and what I like to call "Little House if the Prairie chic" except there is nothing remotely fashionable about these clothes. And on top of all that, the staff is so unfriendly. I spent a good 30 minutes in the second floor women's clothing areas and no one greeted me or asked me if I needed help finding anything. And it was in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday so I could count the number of customers on one hand. Super disappointed that this location has devolved in this way.

During this visit, I had to check myself out and was paying cash. The young lady had to come over once to check my ID for my wine purchase.
