They conceived a way to run the line sets internally within the existing internal duct work. The install required out of the box thinking and we did have challenges with the condensation lines. The mark of a good team is how well they communicate with one another and how they respond timely when given curve balls. They were professional, able to diagnose the condensation line issue and my system is now running beautifully. The team worked well together and operated with integrity. I could…read morewrite a book on how badly I was treated by him. finally had to threaten to sue him to get the job finished. he left a huge hole in my foundation after finally finishing the sewer line job and said he would come back with a subcontractor to repair it but that never happened. I finally had to get my own worker to repair it. and over the winter my drain froze up because of the unfinished work. thanks for nothing but a big bill. I can't fault the two workers who did the job because they were only going on his orders. He only showed up once to assess the job and that was all he did don't use him unless it's an emergency and he's the only one you can get. I think the only reason he stays in business is that there is very little competition around here.
