I sent an email detailing what I would need and received a prompt response that day with an estimated quote. I spoke with Jay and Gus on the phone and both of them were extremely professional and helpful. I honestly barely had anything to go off of in terms of times or which private airports, which they completely accommodated and gave me the best ballpark options until the travel arrangements were more clear. Gus called me personally to follow up and explained how he and his brother started the company and the kind of personal experience they want to provide for their customers. Unfortunately, we didn't end up booking a jet... but I wanted to leave a review because this was the BEST customer service I have ever received, especially without a signed contract. They were so great throughout the process and I hope to be able to book with them in the future.
