Staff was very rude, talking on the phone with his friends on his personal phone as he was helping me. Made me check my bag as he said it was mandatory for groups C and below yet many boarded after me with carry-on bags. Was not friendly at all. The flight was smooth despite being delayed without notice, I only found out through the website.

They also increased my pain complications due to all of the time on my feet in lines and waiting for a shuttle and due to the horrible hotel they gave us vouchers to. I contacted them immediately!!!! both by phone, twice and on their website to get any type of compensation for the income they costed me and they took THIRTEEN DAYS TO SEND A LETTER SAYING I NEEDED TO FILL OUT A FORM WITHIN 10 DAYS AND THEN DIDN'T SEND THE FORM AND WHEN I CALLED AGAIN AND AGAIN THEY SAID IT WAS TOO LATE! THEY ARE A HORRIBLE AIRLINE WHO DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A FLIGHT AND DOESN'T CARE ABOUT WHAT THEY LITERALLY COST THEIR CUSTOMERS OR THE HELL THEY PUT THEM THROUGH! TO THIS DAY, THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO ANY OF MY ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THEM AND THEY DON'T GIVE A CRAP!! Do not fly this airline , especially out of DFW where they only have 1 plane (how utterly idiotic is that when they know there can be mechanical issues!!????????) , but because of their HORRIBLE TREATMENT OF THEIR CUSTOMESRS/FLYERS YOU SHOULD NOT FLY WITH THEM! They deserve to go out of business!!!

The vehicle I rented smelled like an ashtray. Enterprise advices me to bring the vehicle into the nearest location. I verified the same type of vehicle was available for exchange at that location. The employee refused to exchange the vehicle, stating "come back tomorrow and we will see what's available". I verified they had the same vehicle available again. They refused help and walked away into the back of the store. I contacted the original location and they once again verified the exchange. They stated they would reach out to the manager. While waiting I reserved the available vehicle that was requesting to be changed into. I completed the reservation and had my confirmation code. I went back inside and tried to turn in the old ashtray and rent the new vehicle with my reservation confirmation number. The same employee refused to honor my reservation and refused to check in my vehicle. By this time it was nearing closing time. The next morning I drove past in the ashtray the vehicle they refused to exchange or rent to me was still sitting in the parking lot. With all the choices in the car rental space it's easy to find a different vendor with better customer service. This location's customer service is unparalleled in unprofessionalism. All with condescending small.Renting from Enterprise was a mistake. Trusting Enterprise to honor their own policies was a mistake. Trusting Enterprise to resolve the issue was a mistake. Expecting professionalism from this location was a mistake. I will share this experience with family, friends and others looking to rent a vehicle in the future. Pick any other vendor!

It's difficult to pick which was the best trip; but if we had to Punta Cana was probably it for us. So gorgeous, the resort we stayed at was impeccable, transfers to and from the airport were easy, we had a butler for our 7 night/8 day trip, and lived like kings. It was more than what we could have ever hoped for. We even had them assist in our wedding planning for our destination wedding in the Dominican; but then COVID hit. Luckily, Sarah and her team were nimble to help us out and were fabulous about helping us cancel. They were even able to salvage our credits to use post-pandemic. Thank you, Lake Pointe Travel!! Cheers to many more years of planning our families life experience with you!
