The finished product looks fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with it. - replaced an an old backup generator circuit and transfer switch to a much simpler and reliable 240v circuit with mechanical interlock and it worked a treat during two storms paired with a harbor freight generator. - installed and calibrated an led flood light 30 some odd feet off the ground - installed a google Nest outdoor camera with floodlight and a nest doorbell camera - He also found and replaced a crumbling old circuit to my water pump that I had no idea was arcing and could have caused a fire. I'm so grateful for his expertise and attention to detail, which undoubtedly saved my home from a potentially catastrophic situation. Marty came by, looked at the job and had decided the best course of action what to just do Time and Materials at his hourly rate. It saved him from underestimating/overestimating and I could manage the costs fairly. Items completed: 1. Deck Post light caps: Caseta switch installation. Also diagnosing some incorrect connections (I had made incorrect connections previously). Wiring an incomplete LV wiring run to complete a 'missing' section of lights. 2. Under deck puck lights: 15 Amp box and 2nd Caseta switch installation powering puck lights 3. Troubleshooting Magnitude MLV Transformer (found bad caseta switch and worked with Lutron support to diagnose and get replacement) 4. Installed heat tape on troublesome (ice/snow) roof section I got everything done for roughly $600.00. (I bought all the materials in advance ~$100 worth and did some "brain dead" stuff myself (like running 14/2 UF wire through existing conduit). In any event, I was thrilled with T&M as was he.
