Very professional, responsive and honest. Did a great job at being pointing on my nearly 100 year old home.

Such has led to water damage resulting in staining to the face of the brick near the bilateral upper section of the anterior windows along with evidence of cracks within the mortar joints and edges of the brick. As a result, we have experienced rain shed within our formal dining room and along with plywood of the garage interior. Accordingly, to avoid further deterioration of our home, we opted to pay an outside masonry business for the minimal necessary repairs upfront with a hope of reimbursement considering a lack of adequate follow up. Minimal repairs and corrections were performed due to an associated increase in cost. Our request was denied on behalf of Fithian Brothers Masonry; stating follow up did not exist despite calling the number listed on Google several times over the years. To include, we also have been in contact with our general contractor via email and telephone in attempt for means of correction on behalf of Fithian Brothers Masonry. Upon attempt to seek legal action, we were advised that it would simply be our word against theirs despite evidence (i.e. photos, emails and phone records). Meanwhile, we are left with a faulty life long investment.

Excellent craftsmanship by a team that was also reliable, stuck to the schedule and did not let the weather affect their friendliness.

They just finished blocking up both garage doors with room for a door and window. The finished work was fantastic, and timely! Joe, Taylor, and Mike were professional, very kind, willing to answer questions (and be a part of the discussion for the larger project) and they always leave the place clean and in great shape when they are done. Masonry is an investment for sure, but we are glad for the great work of Force Masonry, and the value of the work is worth it. They are a great company, and we plan to use them again, when we have another masonry project.

When the manager came to provide the estimate we also discussed putting a top layer over our driveway - we'd already had it replaced once (different contractor) and it was extremely pitted. I had to provide 1/3+ payment up front to hold onto a spot in their schedule. Spring came and went. Summer came and went. I contacted them several times - and finally they came mid-late fall. Once the snow started coming down they were not able to finish the job. So our driveway was scraped, full of cement dust, and shockingly white - that lasted for over 6 months. Finally they returned late spring to finish up what was started. I spoke with the manager and the crew and told them the bright white finish was not going to work and they needed to tone it down. I was PROMISED they would do that and make it less white/more gray. Our driveway was finally completed - and it's BRIGHT WHITE. Apparently they didn't have enough 'gray' to add so they just skipped it. Now we have to wear sunglasses just to get the mail (on a cloudy day!) and the edges and seams area already deteriorating - and it's been less than 6 months. I wasn't going to give such a bad review - and put it off for months. Unfortunately, every time I go outside I'm reminded of what a poor job this was. I would never, ever, recommend them for anything.
