Ensuring that they handle claims quickly and fairly, customer care, and communication are the other top factors that I consider. I have two of my vehicles with this agency. I appreciate the quality of service and customer care that they provide. The personal care that they give truly sets them apart in the industry. If you're like me, you don't like everything automated and not feeling connected. That's what I get with the guy that my Allstate Homeowners policy is with - NOT A FAN! It's very impersonal and you get the feel of being just a number. Wish these guys could handle that policy as well, but can't since the same company. Ben is my main contact and I love that he has such a positive energy and ensures that you understand the coverages. He translates the insurance industry jargon into plain English. The Kronshage agency balances technology with a personal touch for a successful formula and have competitive pricing in the industry. I highly recommend this agency.

Karla was the only one to arrive 10 minutes later. Upon showing her my letter, she looked up my account and said an agent had not properly signed the forms.
