Today, I was moved to a seat and ended up waiting 45 minutes just to have my eyebrows done. There were four staff members doing eyebrows at first, and then suddenly only two, even though there was clearly a long queue. No one seemed to care that I had been waiting so long, and there were no updates at all. I'm not usually someone who complains, as I know things can get busy, but this was ridiculous. Don't leave customers sitting for ages with no communication. One staff member was having long conversations with people, while another was busy arranging flowers--apparently that was more important than the waiting queue. What a joke!

They accept walk-ins and you can also book. They are open 7 days a week and close at 7pm in the evening weekdays. Great for post work visits for me and they are walking distance from Gants Hill Underground station or you can park outside and then grab a bagel from across the road after :) all in all fantastic. I somehow bumped into an immaculately groomed girl, she looked like she knew what she was doing, so I asked her for some advice, laughing she suggested Glitters two minutes away. Boy was she right, I walked into the saloon, there was a comfy sofa to sit on while I waited for about 10 minutes as there was a someone ahead of me. I sat and read the information about American eyelash extensions they also did in the salon. Pleasantly surprised, the price for the threading did not make my eyes water (waxing and threading does though!). I was charged £3.00, they were done perfectly and I was given great tips by the beautician who knew her stuff. Whats more encouraging she was not pushy suggesting I go back in 4 weeks. I was really happy with the results, I am definitely going back and next time I will get my eyebrow and lash extensions done. They are open from 10-18hrs Mon - Sat until 17hrs Sunday, open 7 days a week. Recommended -
