When I phoned for an appointment, I was totally surprised to hear that a haircut would cost me between £29-£35, depending on what it was! This is possibly the cheapest hair cut I've had in London. I can't remember the owner's name but she was completely lovely, chatty and bright. The place was really quiet and it made a change from pretentious, clinical surroundings. The truth is, this was not the best hair cut in the world but she gave me exactly what I wanted - just a trim, nothing to wild. I've often said the same to other hairdressers but come out looking like Rod Stewart! So I was gad she listened to what I said at least. This isn't wild and whacky, you get what you pay for but I left in a great mood and totally happy.

No one seemed to care that I had been waiting so long, and there were no updates at all. I'm not usually someone who complains, as I know things can get busy, but this was ridiculous. Don't leave customers sitting for ages with no communication. Great for post work visits for me and they are walking distance from Gants Hill Underground station or you can park outside and then grab a bagel from across the road after :) all in all fantastic.
