I have never dyed my hair so getting colour on it was no problem. I asked for brown colour and despite explaining it and brining in pictures she was able to completely ruin it and turn in bright orange. Right after my hair was done, I immediately booked another appointment to dye my hair back to its original colour and they had the nerve to charge me again for re-dye. I originally paid £160 and had to PAY AGAIN. I was out hundreds of pounds and ruined for hair for nothing. It was a traumatic experience and I would never go to this place or recommend this place to anybody!!!
