Almost $2,000 later an experienced plumber fixed the issue with two tubes of waterproof caulking. You guys did a terrible job and owe me a refund. I've called a few times with no response. This review will go out on as many platforms as possible to keep homeowners and property owners like myself from experiencing terrible service and overpriced work done for absolutely no reason!!! You could've easliy resolved this by returning my calls and accepting fault, but weeks later and nothing.

My son has a disability as well. I thought there are protections. Fortunately we have space heaters. We are past customers of Mitchell. He quickly diagnosed the problem, stating that my circuit board blew, and had replacement boards in his truck which allowed him to replace the board with out a return trip. Dave was also a lifesaver (quite literally). When he went to replace the circuit board he noticed that the original air conditioning electrical wiring in my house was backwards - which would have caused major problems had I attempted to do this on my own. He even offered to mark the wiring accordingly to prevent a mishap from happening in the future - which I was very thankful for. The price was very fair, and they accept all major credit cards. All in all Day and Nighy is a great local business that I would recommend to anyone.
