I took my external hard drive to get my data recovered. As part of the deal I accept to buy a new hard drive in order to put the recovered files on there. After 4 days of me calling and insisting to be able to know about what was going on with it, I came to pick it up. The result is 120 Euros waste in a really bad quality hard drive with a bit more of half of the data they were suppose to recover, not only that, if I didn`t bring the computer into the store to check it out, the guy was saying that every thing is ready and ok, with out previously warning me what data was missing. Once I take my computer out to check that every thing was working correctly and I realise it was not, I started to argue about why the rest of the data was not there. The person I was arguing with started from saying that it was data that it could not be recovered and then he admit that it was just a matter of more time, and that they were working on it since 4 days ago, what I think is a completely bullshit. It was my last day in the city and I refuse to leave with empty hands so I try to negotiate the prise with them telling them that it wasn't fair that now I have to pay the full prise to a new specialist so I can get all my data back but nothing, they didn't accept any part of responsibility.
I really regret that at the end I ended up paying them, I should just have toke my hard drive to an specialist since the beginning and I would have saved me all this stress and head hache.
