He answered my call the same day, asked for details about the items, got me into the schedule quickly, called to confirm the day before, then again with an ETA on the actual day. Mary's attention to detail really shone, however, in the conscientious and meticulous care she invested in making sure my family arrives to a welcoming, beautifully cleaned, and wonderfully fresh house. He was not able to rectify the situation when given additional time and has since stopped responding to my requests to discuss the situation. I have requested a refund so we can pay another company to do the work that he was unable to complete and have yet to receive a response. This was supposed to make life easier for two working parents with children and instead we are stuck with damaged appliances and a dirty house that is scheduled to be put on the market on Monday.
