My favorite area is the hotspring with different essential oils. It makes my skin glow and fairer. It relaxes not only my body but also my mind. Definitely a must try.

Yeah, I never really did that triathlon *shrugs* but I still keep coming back to Ace to swim, enjoy their spa and relax my stress away. This place has a real sense of class to it. When you enter the locker room, they remove your shoes and give you a locker to store all your things. You can choose to swim laps in their lap pool, soak in one of their hot/cold baths, or even try out a sauna or steam room. But the main attraction here is the "hydrotherapy massage". As their website claims, it is the first in the Philippines to offer such a service. It's really a trip if you've never experienced it before. Imagine getting a massage but instead of hands, it's water. RIGHT? Little tip, bring a towel with you since it's probably the only thing they don't provide free of charge. Pros -Awesome facilities. Cons -Can get really crowded on the weekends. -A bit pricey. Especially if you forget to bring something.

For an easy-peasy, reliable, home service massage, my go-to is EnSpa. Scheduling a service with…read morethem is as easy as ordering a pizza, lol. You call and just go, "Hi, this is (name). Number is (phone number). Can you send someone over for 5pm?" And there's always someone free to go, haha. They even bring their own massage mats if you request it and when they get to your house, they set up this makeshift spa atmosphere with their own portable sound system playing cheesy instrumental "mood music" (lol) and that mini spa scent contraption. It's best if you can have them set up in an airconditioned room in your house for utmost comfort and relaxation. They have good, well-trained masseuses who give legit full body massages for an hour or hour and a half, depending on your requested service. And would you believe this is all for just P250? On promo hours sometime in the late afternoon, I forget when exactly, it goes down to only P200 if you call for a massage for at least two people. The masseuses are dropped off and picked up by their own service van, stickered with their company logo, and they come dressed in neat uniforms, so you can be sure it's all professional. Their materials & equipment are also kept in these uniform individual carrying cases. These are stocked according to the services you availed of, whether it be the basic massages or extra spa services like waxing, facials, etc. Yup, they bring all of that over too! The staff are generally pleasant and respectful, so you wouldn't hold back on giving a tip.

We called ahead to schedule an appointment and the staff was very accommodating. They seemed to have a pretty open window because we were able to decide which spa package/ massage we wanted when we arrived at 1pm. Before going, the friend who referred me to this place highly recommend the Athlete's Massage but it was 90 minutes, so since we were potentially short on time, we opted for a 60 minute session of a different one. The ladies, who were super sweet, highly recommended the *Traditional Balinese Massage* (Php 1,200). Balinese massage involves percussion, so there certainly was a lot of "chopping" applied to my body; something my muscles greatly appreciated! Filipino massages are notoriously "the BEST" and I can attest to this! I found complete relaxation and somehow she was able to knead out my tight right shoulder which many a masseuse have failed to accomplish. Skill and precision only here! A Balinese massage is heavy on essential oils, so while she did offer me a hot towel post-redressing, I wish she had wiped me down while I was still naked. In any case, one cannot complain post-massage when one is in such a relaxed, blissful state. They even offer the tea in your room, so that you're still in your relaxed setting and not experiencing the blinding light of the front waiting area. Rooms are clean and cozy too! An A+ experience and highly recommended!

One of my all time favorite products of theirs is their Aloe Vera soothing gel. I use it after a day spent on the beach. I can use it as a moisturizer, too. I also like their lipstick which has a light scent that tastes like real fruit was infused in the product. They even have their shampoo which is really nice on my hair. Mine is the argan shampoo. It has a nice scent but the most important thing is that my hair is smooth after each use.

While the items…read morehere are still pricier than most drugstore brands, Nature Republic seems to be one of the more, if not most, affordable Korean beauty products. For instance, I was able to buy a Bulgarian Rose Water Toner for PhP 255 and a Bulgarian Rose Water Essence for the same price. I say, those are good buys. The price of a toner from other Korean brands sometimes even start at PhP 500, which is double the price of what I got in Nature Republic. Also, an essence usually is in the PhP 500-900 range. Even their Super Acqua Watery Cream is relatively cheap at PhP 545. Furthermore, the quality of the said products are good. They all moisturize without too much grease. Plus, they all have a subtle fragrance, making me want to use them all the more. The size of each jar or bottle is also quite big. Thus, each product at PhP 200 or PhP 500 will come a long way. Sulit!
