The problem wasn't a simple one and needless to say, a pipe had froze up. The guys worked tirelessly to find the issue and even had to open up a wall to find a clean out that had been accidentally dry-walled over . The First guy said it was such an easy fix he could have done on the spot but did not have the right tool on him. Two other guys show up and took it apart and was not able to put it back working. He broke our faucet and have the audacity to tell us to buy Mr.Rooter's own faucet. There was no accountability or nothing and said they cannot do anything about it. We didn't have kitchen sink water for 4 days until we have My Service Company install the new faucet we bought from Costco. My Service even told us about getting a replacement part through warranty. In short, please think twice before calling Mr.Rooter for repairing automatic/hands free faucet as they are not knowledgeable about it and cannot troubleshoot. They would not give us a paper or email copy of the quote as "it is against company policy". They then had the gall to ask to see a copy of the other plumber's quote. Ha! I think not. Why would I show them another plumber's quote when they wouldn't even let us have a copy of their quote? They charge a $70 "call out fee". Do your homework, get more than one quote and before anyone comes out to give you a quote, make sure they will give you a copy. Also, don't pay for someone to come and give you a quote.

My contractor couldn't believe it! Didn't block the sewage drain overnight when installing a new toilet - the odour was obscene - my husband and I couldn't sleep most of the night because of it. And to top it off - Neudorf Plumbing overcharged on the bill by a couple thousand dollars in comparison to another plumbing company we'd used for our other house for relatively the same work. When I personally talked to the owner of Neudorf - he talked a lot but still had no interest in adjusting the bill. I ended up paying for all the wasted time/labour on a job that went sideways.
